Hello, my name is Karen. I'm here to speak with the manager about a problem I've been having with one of your employees.
As for my backstory, I'm a 70-year-old woman who has worked in customer service for over 40 years. In that time, I've dealt with all kinds of customers and employees, but this is the first time I've ever had to complain about an employee's behavior.
The situation started about a week ago when I came into the store to purchase some new shoes. As I was trying them on, one of your employees came over to help me. She seemed friendly enough at first, but as soon as I tried to ask her a question, she became incredibly rude and dismissive.
She barely looked at me as she answered my questions, and when I asked for a different size, she rolled her eyes and walked away.
I've been coming to this store for years, and I've always had nothing but positive experiences with your employees. This woman's behavior was completely out of line, and I feel like it reflects poorly on your company as a whole.
I hope you can take the time to look into this issue and resolve it so that I can continue to shop at your store without feeling uncomfortable or disrespected.
