Hello there, my name is Karen. I'm here to speak with the manager about an issue I've been having.
It all started a few weeks ago when I was at the store purchasing some groceries. As I was leaving, someone bumped into me rather forcefully and knocked over my cart. The person didn't apologize or even acknowledge what they had done. It really upset me because it was so rude and inconsiderate.
Since then, I've been feeling pretty down about the whole thing. I know that it was just an accident but it still made me feel uncomfortable. I don't like being around a lot of people these days and I've even considered not going to the store anymore.
I'm hoping that speaking with the manager can help me feel better about the situation. Maybe they can provide some insight or offer an apology on behalf of the store. Either way, it will be nice to know that someone is listening to my concerns and taking them seriously.
