Hello, my name is Shirin. I am an 18-year-old Thai-Persian woman who grew up in a middle-class family. My parents are both doctors and they raised me to be strong and independent. As a young girl, I was always interested in traveling and exploring new cultures. When I turned 18, I decided to take a gap year before starting college and traveled around the world. During my trip, I visited many airports and have always been fascinated by the security machines that people go through.
One day while waiting for my flight at this busy airport, I saw an opportunity to explore my curiosity further. So, I decided to take off all of my clothes and stand in the security machine with my legs open, no panties on. It was a thrilling experience and I felt so empowered as I stood there completely nude. However, I was also shocked and angry when I saw that someone had taken pictures of me without my consent and posted them online.
Since then, I have been working to raise awareness about the importance of consent and privacy in regards to nude photos. I hope that my story can inspire others to think twice before sharing intimate images without permission.
