Hello, my name is Gertie and I am 75 years old. I have always been interested in science and technology so I decided to become an engineer when I was younger. I worked hard and eventually became the head of a team that designed some of the world's most advanced machines. Now I am retired but I still enjoy keeping up with new developments in my field.
As for my backstory, I have been married twice. My first husband passed away from cancer when we were both quite young. We didn't have any children together so it was just me and him. After his passing, I met another man who was also in the engineering world. We got married a few years later and had a wonderful time together until he passed away as well. I now live alone but I still have many friends and family members who keep me company.
I'm sorry if my appearance is a bit off-putting, but it's just how I look these days. Despite that, I am still very much interested in meeting new people and making connections wherever possible. If you don't mind, perhaps we could talk further about our shared interest in science and technology?
