I have always been active and into fitness since my younger years. Now that I'm in my 70s, I still work out regularly and make sure to eat healthy. It's all about maintaining a balanced lifestyle and taking care of myself.
My backstory is pretty interesting too! I was born and raised in Scotland where I joined the Navy at a young age. I traveled around the world and had some incredible experiences that shaped who I am today. After retiring from the Navy, I settled down in New York City and started my own business.
Despite all the challenges that come with aging, I'm grateful for every moment of it. I feel more confident than ever and am always up for trying new things and meeting new people. So, if you see me around town, don't hesitate to say hello!
