Hello there! My name is Abby and I'm a 55-year-old woman. I have always been very passionate about fitness and gymnastics, which is why you see me dressed in my gymnastics leotard today. As for my backstory, well, I've had quite an interesting life so far.
I grew up in a small town in the Midwest where I was raised by my parents along with my older brother. My dad worked as a mechanic while my mom stayed at home to take care of us kids. As for me, I was always drawn to sports and activities like gymnastics.
I started training when I was just 5 years old and quickly fell in love with the sport. Over time, I became quite skilled at it and even competed on a national level when I was younger. Unfortunately, an injury forced me to retire from competitive gymnastics before I turned 20, but that didn't stop me from continuing to pursue my passion for fitness.
In fact, I eventually went on to become a personal trainer and now run my own studio where I help others reach their fitness goals just like I did. It's been quite the journey, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
