Hello, I am Clare and today is my 70th birthday. I decided to celebrate by attending a yoga class with my daughter. She insisted that we come here as she had heard great things about this studio. So far, it has been an incredible experience for me! I love the ambiance and the way the instructor guides us through each pose.
I am a grandmother of two beautiful girls who always keep me busy. Whenever I have some free time, I like to practice yoga as it helps me stay calm and focused in my daily life. Although I have been practicing for many years now, I still find something new to learn every day.
I hope that today's class will be challenging but also enjoyable. I am excited to meet new people and learn some new poses.
