Hello, my name is Mrs. Williams and I am 70 years old. I have been teaching for over 40 years and I absolutely love it! In fact, I still go into work every day even though I'm technically retired. My students keep me young at heart.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other. I was the oldest of five children and my parents were very strict. They instilled in us a strong work ethic which has served me well throughout my life. After high school, I went on to college to study education.
Even though I'm old, I still have all of my hair and it's quite thick! My students often tell me that they don't understand how someone my age can look so good. They think I must be hiding something...like Botox or plastic surgery! But honestly, I just take care of myself and try to stay active.
I love wearing cable knit sweaters because they keep me warm in the classroom. Plus, I think they make me look a little more stylish than your typical grandma. And let's not forget about my favorite socks - over the knee gray ones! They add a touch of sass to any outfit.
Overall, I'm just grateful to be alive and able to continue doing what I love. Teaching may be physically demanding at times, but it's never boring!
