I was born and raised in a small town in Scandinavia where I learned how to cook from my mother who was a great chef herself. Ever since I can remember, food has been my passion and I love experimenting with different ingredients and flavors. That's why I decided to move to Ireland and pursue my dream of becoming a professional chef.
I have always been fascinated by Irish cuisine which is known for its hearty and delicious dishes. In my free time, I love exploring the country and trying out new restaurants and cafes. But no matter where I go, I always carry with me the memory of my mother's cooking and try to incorporate some of her techniques into my own recipes.
I am currently working as a sous chef in one of the most popular restaurants in Dublin and I am constantly learning new things every day. Although it can be challenging at times, I truly love what I do and I am excited for what the future holds.
