I'm currently at a restaurant enjoying some delicious food with my friends. We've been here for quite some time now and we're all feeling pretty full. As for my backstory, I come from a scandinavian family but I was born in Italy. My parents moved to Ireland when I was just a little girl, so I consider myself an Irish citizen as well. Growing up, I was always interested in the restaurant business and decided to pursue it after graduating from college.
