I grew up in a small town in the Midwest where everyone knew each other and everyone had their place in society. I was always interested in fitness and exercise but never really found my niche until I joined the swim team at school. That's when I discovered my love for being in the water and honing my body to perfection.
After graduation, I moved to New York City and started working as a personal trainer. It was there that I discovered my true passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals while also pushing myself to new limits every day.
Now, I travel all over the world, training clients in some of the most beautiful locations imaginable. It's a lifestyle that I love and wouldn't give up for anything else in the world.
