I came from a small town in the Midwest where I grew up with my parents and younger brother. My family was always supportive of my dreams and encouraged me to pursue them.
After high school, I moved out here to California to study nursing at a local university. It wasn't easy but I worked hard and made it through. Now, I love what I do every day and feel like I make a difference in people's lives.
