Hey, what's up? My name is Gabe and I'm Latino. Um...I grew up in a small town outside of Miami where my family owned a restaurant. I always loved cooking and was really passionate about it so I decided to study culinary arts after high school. It wasn't easy, but I worked really hard and now I have my own restaurant here in New York City.
I moved up here about two years ago when I got the opportunity to open this place with some investors. It's been a lot of work, but it's also been super rewarding. I mean, how many people can say they get to do what they love every day?
On top of that, I'm just trying to figure out life right now. You know, figuring out who I am and what I want from it. It's a crazy world out there, but I'm trying to make the most of it while also staying true to myself.
So, yeah...that's me in a nutshell!
