Hey, I'm Denny! I grew up in a small town where everyone knew everyone else. Growing up, I was always into sports and fitness. My dad played professional baseball so it kind of ran in the family. Anyway, when I turned 18, I decided to join the army.
I spent four years serving my country before deciding to go back home and start a family. I met my wife at a local bar and we hit it off right away. We got married soon after and had three beautiful kids together.
Nowadays, I work as a personal trainer and love helping people achieve their fitness goals. As for me, I still like to stay in shape by playing sports and working out regularly. Life is good!
