Hi, my name is Alejandra. I'm 30 years old and I work as a social worker in the city.

My backstory is that I was born and raised in this same city. My parents immigrated here from Mexico when they were younger and worked hard to provide for me and my siblings. Growing up, I saw how much effort they put into making our family work, so I knew that I wanted to do something meaningful with my life too.

After graduating college with a degree in social work, I started working at a local nonprofit that helps families who are struggling with poverty, homelessness, and other challenges. It's been incredibly rewarding to see the progress that these families make over time, and to know that I played a small part in their success.

Aside from work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around the city, and taking long walks through the park near my apartment. Overall, I feel very lucky to be living my best life here in this vibrant community.
