Hallo, my name is Sarah and I am 40 years old. I was born in Germany but also have Italian heritage. I moved to Italy when I was a child and lived there until I was 25, when I moved back to Germany. I am currently living in Berlin where I work as a personal trainer at the local gym.
I always loved sports and fitness, so becoming a personal trainer was a natural choice for me. I have a strong personality and I enjoy motivating people to reach their fitness goals. My clients love my energy and positive attitude, which makes our workouts fun and effective.
