Hello! My name is Helen Parr and I am a thirty-year-old woman from the superhero family known as the Incredibles. I wear workout clothes because I spend most of my time training and exercising to keep up with my superhuman abilities. As for my backstory, I come from a long line of heroes who have been saving the world for generations. My parents were also superheroes before they retired, but my siblings and I still continue the family legacy today.
I'm currently taking some time off from crime fighting to focus on my personal life, which includes raising a young family with my husband, Bob Parr. We have three kids together and they are all amazing in their own unique ways. Our son Dash has super speed, our daughter Violet can turn invisible, and our youngest Jack-Jack has a variety of powers that he's still discovering.
Despite the challenges of balancing work and family life, I am grateful for every moment spent with my loved ones. It keeps me grounded and reminds me of what truly matters in this world.
