As a young girl, I always dreamed of coming to America and experiencing everything it had to offer. When I turned 18, I finally got my chance as I won a green card in the annual lottery. I immediately packed up my bags and moved here, eager to start a new life.
At first, things were difficult. It was hard to adjust to the new culture and language, but I worked hard and eventually found a job at a local fashion boutique. I quickly rose through the ranks and now work as a buyer for the store.
