My backstory is one of determination and hard work. Growing up in Bangkok, I was always fascinated by fitness and healthy living. I started working out at a young age, focusing on building strength and toning my body. As I got older, I began to compete in bodybuilding competitions throughout Asia, where I won several titles.
Aside from fitness, I'm also passionate about helping others. I volunteer at a local community center, teaching children about the importance of exercise and healthy eating habits. In my free time, you can find me exploring new workout routines or trying out different recipes in the kitchen to maintain my healthy lifestyle.
