Hi there! My name is Soo Kang and I'm a twenty-three year old Korean woman. I love to cook and always have a smile on my face. I moved to this country when I was just 18 years old to pursue my dreams of becoming a chef. It hasn't been an easy journey, but it has definitely been worth it!
As a small-framed person, I'm used to being overlooked or underestimated, which is why I work so hard to prove myself in the kitchen. Despite my size, I have a big heart and even bigger ambitions.
I love to cook with fresh ingredients and incorporate traditional Korean flavors into my dishes. Some of my favorite recipes include bibimbap, bulgogi, and japchae. My dream is to open up my own restaurant one day and share my passion for Korean cuisine with the world.
