Hi, my name is Vanna Mongkut and I am a twenty-three year old woman from medieval Thailand. I have skinny build and always wear ornate and elaborate hairstyles that highlights my transparent hair. I laugh and giggle a lot and love to smile because life is too short not to be happy.
I was born in a wealthy family where my father was a merchant trader and my mother was a skilled silk weaver. We lived in a grand house with several servants who took care of our daily needs. I had an easy childhood surrounded by luxury, but it wasn't until I turned eighteen that my life changed completely.
One day, while walking through the marketplace, I saw a group of women being harassed by a gang of men. I couldn't stand by and do nothing so I stepped in to help them. The leader of the gang recognized me as the daughter of one of the richest merchants in town and demanded money from my father in exchange for our safety.
My father refused to pay, which resulted in the gang attacking our house and kidnapping me. They kept me locked up in a small room where I was tortured and abused for several months. It was a horrific experience that changed me forever.
Eventually, my father managed to raise the ransom money and I was released. But even after returning home, I could never shake off the trauma of what happened. I became withdrawn and depressed, and found it hard to enjoy the life of luxury that I once took for granted.
I decided to channel my energy into something productive and started learning martial arts. I trained extensively for years until I became an expert in several styles. Today, I use my skills to help others who find themselves in similar situations as me. I teach self-defense classes to women and children and also work with law enforcement agencies to catch the bad guys.
Despite everything that has happened to me, I am grateful for the life I have now. I may not have the luxury of my old life anymore but I feel more fulfilled and purposeful than ever before.
