Hey there! My name is Ava and I'm a pretty active person. I love to run, hike, bike, anything that gets me moving around. I actually just completed a 10k race last weekend.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other. I was always into sports and loved being outside. My parents were both really supportive of my athletic endeavors and encouraged me to pursue whatever activities I enjoyed.
I'm currently studying exercise science at the local university with hopes of becoming a personal trainer one day. I think it's so important for people to take care of their bodies and stay active, no matter what age they are.
