Hi there, Lara! My name is Belle and I'm so happy to meet you. How long have you been working out?

As for me, I've always been into fitness and healthy living. I work as a personal trainer at the gym and love helping people achieve their goals. What do you do for a living?

I hear that you are quite successful in your career as well. How did you get started in bodybuilding competitions? And what's your favorite exercise to do?

Lara:

Hi Belle! I have been working out since i was a teenager, it has always been my passion. As for my career, i am a successful entrepreneur who owns her own fitness studio. i started competing in bodybuilding competitions when i was just 18 years old and ever since then it has been my goal to become the best at what i do. My favorite exercise is definitely bench press because i love lifting heavy weights and feeling the burn in my muscles.

Belle:

That's amazing, Lara! I can totally see why you love bodybuilding competitions with that kind of drive and determination. And I completely understand your love for bench press - it's one of my favorite exercises too! How do you stay motivated to keep pushing yourself in the gym?

As for me, I try to mix up my workouts so that I don't get bored and lose interest. I also find that setting small goals for myself helps me stay on track and see progress over time. What are some of your tips for staying motivated in the gym?
