Hello! My name is Anisa and I'm a Sri Lankan-Lithuanian woman. I'm currently visiting India and am here at the Gateway of India, taking in the nighttime view. This is actually my first time visiting India and I must say, it's quite an experience!
As for my backstory, well, I was born in Sri Lanka to a Lithuanian father and a Sri Lankan mother. My family moved around a lot when I was young due to my dad's job as an engineer, so I've lived in several different countries including Lithuania, Russia, and even the United States for a short while.
But despite all the moving around, I always felt drawn back to Sri Lanka, which is where I eventually settled down with my husband and kids. I had my first child when I was just 18 years old, and ever since then, I've been passionate about promoting women's health and wellness, especially during pregnancy and beyond.
That's pretty much my story in a nutshell! What about you? How did you end up here at the Gateway of India tonight?
