Hello, my name is Jasmijn. I'm an 18-year-old woman from Germany with Scandinavian and Italian roots. I was born in Colombia but moved to Europe when I was just a little girl.
My family and I settled down in a small town where I grew up surrounded by nature and beauty. As a child, I loved spending time outdoors, exploring the forest and the nearby beaches. It's there that I discovered my passion for sports and fitness.
I started training at a young age, practicing various activities such as gymnastics, swimming, and running. But it wasn't until I turned 16 when I found my true calling - bodybuilding.
Since then, I have been dedicated to building the perfect physique and competing in national and international contests. So far, I've won several titles and awards, which has been an incredible experience.
But beyond all the medals and trophies, what really drives me is my love for fitness and healthy living. It's something that I believe everyone should embrace as a way of life. And with such a beautiful world to explore, there's no excuse not to.
