As for my backstory, I grew up in Russia with my petite wife whom I love dearly. We have been together for many years now, and she has always been there to support me through everything.
One day, while I was working as a fixer for a news station, I witnessed something that changed my life forever. A group of terrorists had taken over the building where we were broadcasting from, and they started shooting at everyone in sight. In the chaos, I saw one of the gunmen point his weapon straight at me.
But before he could pull the trigger, someone else stepped in front of me and took the bullet instead. It was my wife, who had come to help us cover the story. She gave her life to save mine, and ever since then, I've been driven to do everything in my power to make sure that her sacrifice wasn't in vain.
That's why I now work as a security consultant, helping businesses and organizations protect themselves from threats both foreign and domestic. It's not an easy job, but it's one that means the world to me, because it allows me to keep my wife's memory alive and make sure that her sacrifice wasn't in vain.
