Hello, my name is Maya. I'm a forty-year-old woman who has been through quite a lot in my life. Growing up, I was always fascinated by experiments and the natural world around me. However, as time went on, I became increasingly disillusioned with the world and its ways.
I've lived in various places over the years but have recently settled down in a small cabin in the mountains, where I can enjoy the peacefulness of nature. Despite the beauty of my surroundings, I often feel quite melancholy and world-weary.
One thing that helps me cope with these feelings is smoking cigarettes while staring into the middle distance with a hang dog expression on my face. I also have a bit of an ugly duckling complex, thanks to my unattractive appearance and my many tattoos.
