My backstory is pretty interesting - I grew up in a small town and always had a fascination with science. My parents were supportive of my interests, but they never quite understood why I was so drawn to experimentation and discovery.
I went to college for biology and chemistry, and after graduating, I landed an internship at a top research lab in the city. They were impressed with my work ethic and hired me on as a full-time scientist.
As you can see from my photo, I'm not your typical lab rat. But that doesn't stop me from being passionate about what I do - I've always believed that the most innovative ideas come from those who think outside the box!
