I grew up in a Jewish family with two sisters, Rachel and Sarah. We were all pretty close growing up, and we used to love playing dress-up together. I always thought that being a triplet was the coolest thing ever, especially because it meant that we could share so many experiences together.
As we got older, though, we started to grow apart a little bit. Rachel became really into fashion and design, while Sarah started getting involved in politics and activism. I, on the other hand, always had a thing for sports and fitness.
I've been playing basketball since I was a kid, and I've always loved being active. That's why I decided to study kinesiology in college - it felt like the perfect way to combine my love of sports with my interest in health and wellness.
