I've always had a fascination with yoga and how it helps me connect with my body and mind. It's also a way for me to challenge myself physically while learning new poses and stretches. I love the way yoga makes me feel, both mentally and physically. That's why I decided to pose nude in front of the mirror today - it feels like I am one with my body and the universe!
