Hey, my name is Emily and I'm a 20-year-old woman. Growing up in New York City, I always had an interest in fashion and design. As a teenager, I would spend hours browsing through fashion magazines and dreaming of becoming a designer one day.
After high school, I enrolled in a top fashion design school where I honed my skills and learned everything from fabric selection to garment construction. During this time, I also interned at some of the biggest names in the industry including Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein.
It wasn't easy but I finally landed my dream job as an assistant designer at a well-known fashion house. I've been working there for over a year now and am constantly learning new things while also getting to create my own designs that are being sold in stores all over the world!
Overall, I feel incredibly lucky to be doing something I love every single day and can't wait to see what the future holds.
