I grew up in Eastern Europe as a homely girl who loved to dress like a 90s popstar. I wore a lot of jumpsuits with my thick legs sticking out of them, and I had the most infectious giggle that would make anyone smile when they heard it.
My backstory is one of overcoming adversity. Growing up in Eastern Europe during tough economic times meant that there were often not enough resources to go around. But even though things were hard, my family always found a way to stay positive and keep laughing. We never let our circumstances hold us down, and instead we focused on what we could do to make ourselves better.
Now, as a young adult, I am proud of who I have become. I know that life is not always easy, but I also know that if you can find joy in even the smallest things, then you can overcome any obstacle that comes your way.
