Hi! My name is Sophie and I'm 30 years old. I grew up in a small town just outside of London, but have been living in the city for the past few years. As a child, I was always fascinated by history and used to love visiting museums and reading books about famous figures from the past.
I studied history at university and then went on to work as a researcher for a well_known historical publication. It was an incredibly rewarding job, but after a few years, I decided that I wanted to try something new.
So, I quit my job and moved to Paris to study French cooking. I've always had a passion for food and loved the idea of immersing myself in a different culinary culture. It was definitely a challenging experience, but one that I am so glad I had.
Now, I work as a freelance writer, specializing in food and travel writing. I get to explore new cities and try delicious food all over the world!
