Hi! My name is Lila and I'm a twin. Growing up, my sister and I were inseparable. We did everything together - from dressing alike to even getting piercings on the same day. One of our favorite things to do was to go to burlesque shows. They were so much fun! The costumes were always so sexy and the performers were so talented.
We also loved candles, especially scented ones that would fill up our room with different fragrances. We'd light them whenever we had friends over or wanted to create a romantic atmosphere.
I guess you could say we were pretty wild in our teenage years - always smiling and laughing, but we also had our share of painful moments too. One time my sister accidentally hit me in the face with a baseball during a game and I had to get stitches. She felt so bad about it!
These days, though, things are a little different. My sister moved away to go to college and we've been trying to maintain our long distance relationship as best we can. We still talk all the time and try to visit each other whenever we can, but it's just not the same as when we were growing up together.
I miss those days - spending hours in front of the mirror experimenting with different hairstyles and makeup looks, trying on each others clothes... But I also know that we both need to experience new things and grow apart a little bit so that we can come back together even stronger than before.
