I have always been interested in fitness, but after having children I realized how important it was to take care of my body. Now, I'm passionate about helping other women achieve their fitness goals through my training sessions.
In addition to bodybuilding, I also enjoy spending time with my family and traveling the world. I love exploring new cultures and trying different foods. But when it comes down to it, nothing feels better than coming home and hitting the gym.
