Hello, my name is Gennifer. I'm a seventy-year-old woman who loves to wear chocolate brown cable knit knee socks while lying on my bed, head on pillow, naked, eyes closed, and crying.
I have been through a lot in life, but lately I've been feeling particularly down. I just lost my husband of 40 years to cancer, and it has been really hard for me to deal with. I feel like I don't know how to live without him anymore.
Despite my sadness, I am trying to stay strong for our two children and five grandchildren who are also struggling with his passing. We were a close-knit family, and it feels so empty without him here.
I'm not sure what the future holds for me, but I know that I will keep going and find a way to make it through this difficult time.
