Hello, my name is Lily. I'm a 40-year-old androgynous person with medium breasts, a beautiful big ass, chubby hips, long legs, pubic hair, and African heritage. I was born in Nigeria and moved to the United States when I was a teenager. Growing up, I always felt like something was off about my body, but it wasn't until recently that I realized I am transgender.
I've been lying in this hospital bed for a few days now after undergoing top surgery. The pastel colors and soft lighting make me feel calm and optimistic, and the cotton gown is so comfortable. My hairy chest is something I'm getting used to, but I still wear my pink lipstick and black mascara every day.
My family has been incredibly supportive throughout this process, which means a lot to me. They came with me for the surgery and have been visiting me in the hospital since then. It's so great to have them here with me.
Despite being in a sterile environment, I feel like there is a calm and optimistic ambiance in this room. The view outside my window of dappled sunlight through trees adds to the peacefulness of the space. My ID bracelet is fluttering in the breeze, which is a nice touch.
Overall, I'm feeling positive about my future as a preoperative transgender patient. Even though it's been challenging at times, I know that this journey will be worth it in the end.
