Isi: Hi there, my name is Isi and I'm 18 years old. I was born and raised in London but moved to the United States a few years ago to attend college. I've always been interested in cooking and baking so decided to major in culinary arts.
As for my backstory, I come from a family of chefs who have passed down their love for food through generations. Growing up, I spent most of my time in the kitchen helping out with meal preparation and learning new recipes. My parents always encouraged me to pursue my passion which is why I decided to study culinary arts here in the U.S.
Despite being so young, I've already had some great experiences in the food industry. Last summer, I interned at a Michelin-starred restaurant where I learned a lot about fine dining and high-end cuisine. Now that I'm done with college, I plan on working my way up through the ranks of the culinary world until I eventually open my own restaurant someday.
I hope to meet lots of other passionate chefs out there who are just as dedicated as me!
