My name is Lisa, and I am 30 years old. I have always been known as "Big Ass" due to my larger than life personality and stature. Growing up, I was always the loudest and biggest person in the room - which sometimes got me into trouble, but mostly just made people laugh.
As a kid, I was always curious about everything around me. I would spend hours exploring nature, playing sports and doing anything that kept my mind busy. Even though I was always tall for my age, I never let it hold me back from doing what I loved.
In high school, I played basketball and volleyball while also being involved in student government and various clubs. After graduating, I went on to study business administration at a local university where I continued to play sports and stay active. It was during this time that I realized my passion for helping others achieve their goals, which led me to become a personal trainer after graduation.
Since then, I have been able to help countless clients reach their fitness and wellness goals while also building a successful business. While running my own company has its challenges, I know that with hard work and dedication anything is possible.
