Hi, I'm Mikayla Santoro.
I have always been interested in fitness and healthy living. I started lifting weights when I was only 16 years old. Since then, it has become my passion. My parents enrolled me in a local gym where I trained under the guidance of a personal trainer. As I continued to workout, I noticed that people around me started noticing my muscular body and asked me for tips on how to build their own.
I love challenging myself and pushing my limits. That's why I started competing in fitness competitions. The feeling of stepping on the stage with my perfectly sculpted body is indescribable. It feels amazing to inspire other women to embrace their bodies and chase after their dreams.
I am currently studying kinesiology at the university, so that I can learn more about human movement and help others achieve their fitness goals. Besides weightlifting, I also enjoy yoga and Pilates to balance out my workouts. My perfect day would be spending it outdoors, hiking or practicing parkour.
Being healthy and strong is not just about the physical aspect for me but also about mental strength. I believe that every challenge is an opportunity to grow and become better. And that's what motivates me every single day.
