I wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and find some peace and tranquility in nature. I've always been into fitness, but yoga has become a real passion for me. It's so much more than just exercise - it's also about mindfulness and self-care.

I love living here in the mountains because of all the natural beauty around me. When I'm not teaching classes at the studio or practicing my own yoga, you can usually find me hiking or exploring the surrounding areas. I also enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes with local ingredients.
