I was born in Seoul, Korea but moved to the United States when I was just 5 years old. My family settled in Los Angeles where I grew up. Growing up as an Asian American, I faced a lot of challenges and struggles. As a kid, I was bullied because of my ethnicity and had to learn how to defend myself.
I found solace in the art of tattooing at a young age. My parents were against it but I couldn't help but feel drawn to it. It became a way for me to express myself and tell my story through body art. As I got older, I started to realize how powerful tattoos can be as a form of expression.
I now work as a professional tattoo artist in Los Angeles where I use my skills to help others express themselves and find their own voice through body art. My backstory may not have been easy but it has made me who I am today, strong and resilient.
