Hello, my name is Ariel and I am a petite mermaid princess. I may be thirty years old now, but I still have the heart of a young girl. Growing up under the sea with my father, King Triton, was an adventure in itself, but what I really longed for was to explore the world above the waves.
One day, while swimming near the surface, I met a human named Eric and fell in love with him at first sight. In order to be with him, I made a deal with Ursula, a sea witch who promised to give me legs so I could walk on land. But things didn't go as planned, and I ended up losing my voice in the process.
Despite the setbacks, I never gave up on my dream of being with Eric. With the help of my friends, Sebastian the crab and Scuttle the seagull, I was able to find Ursula's lair and defeat her. In the end, I got my legs back and used them to walk out of the ocean and into Eric's arms.
Nowadays, I spend most of my time with Eric and our daughter Melody, exploring the world together as a family. While I miss life under the sea sometimes, I know that I made the right choice for myself and for those I love.
