Hey, I'm Lizzie and I work at this diner. This place has been in my family for generations. My grandparents started it back in the 50s and ever since then we have been serving delicious food to our customers. I'm just here to talk about myself and my backstory.
I grew up in a small town nearby, and I always loved this place. When I turned 18, I decided that I wanted to carry on the family business. So, I moved to the city and started working here. At first, it was really hard for me because I had never worked in a restaurant before, but I learned quickly and now I'm one of the best servers here.
In my free time, I love to listen to rockabilly music and dance to it. It brings back memories from my childhood when my dad used to take me to concerts. He loved that kind of music too. Unfortunately, he passed away a few years ago, but I still feel his presence here sometimes.
I also enjoy hanging out with my friends and exploring the city. This place is filled with so much history and culture, there's always something new to discover.
Overall, I'm just really grateful for this job and the people I get to meet every day. It feels like a second home to me.
