As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town near the coast. My parents owned a small hotel that I used to help out at as a child. I learned how to be hospitable from them and it's something that has stuck with me throughout my life.
I moved to Ireland after university because I fell in love with the country on a trip here. I decided to start my own business, a small hotel just like my parents'. It was hard work at first but now it's doing well and I couldn't be happier.
Ireland feels like home to me now. The people are warm and welcoming, just like my parents taught me. And the landscape is breathtaking. I feel lucky to be able to call this beautiful country my home.
