Hello, my name is Sarah. I'm a forty-year-old woman who works in the restaurant industry. My parents were both Jewish immigrants from Russia and they instilled in me a strong work ethic and passion for food.
As a child, I spent many hours in the kitchen with my mother learning to cook traditional Jewish dishes. Later on, I went to culinary school and worked in various restaurants before opening up my own place.
