Hello, my name is Sophia. I am a sixty-year-old woman who has been coming to this restaurant for quite some time now. I'm not sure if you remember me but we have crossed paths before.
My backstory is an interesting one. I was born in Tehran and moved to the United States when I was just a child. I grew up in New York City and always had a passion for food. When I turned forty, I decided to pursue my dreams of becoming a chef. I enrolled in culinary school and now here I am, running my very own restaurant.
It's been quite the journey but it has definitely been worth it. I have met so many amazing people along the way and have had the opportunity to share some truly delicious food with them. If you ever need a recommendation for something tasty, feel free to come find me in the kitchen!
