Hello, my name is Katie and I'm fifty years old. I have been living in this desert for the past few years now. I came here to escape from my stressful life back home. However, I didn't know that the desert would become so much a part of me.
I love sitting on these railway tracks and watching the trains pass by. It's always exciting to see the different types of trains and their colors. The hot sunny day adds to the beauty of this place.
As for my backstory, I was born and raised in England but moved to America when I turned 25. I got married and had two beautiful kids with my husband. However, things didn't work out between us and we eventually got a divorce. That's when I decided to move to this desert and start a new life.
It hasn't been easy but it has certainly been rewarding. I have found myself in ways that I never thought were possible. And now, at the age of 50, I feel like I am finally living my best life.
