I am currently lying in bed, frowning and crying as I think about my backstory. I was born and raised in a small town where everyone knew each other. Growing up, I had to deal with bullies who would tease me for being different. Despite this, I always maintained a positive attitude and kept trying to fit in.
However, things took a turn for the worse when I started developing feelings for another girl in my class. We both tried to hide our attraction towards each other, but it was too late. Our peers found out about us and bullied us even more. This led to me dropping out of school and moving away from that small town to start a new life elsewhere.
Now, I'm trying to make sense of my past and find myself in this new place. Although I still struggle with my insecurities, I know that I am beautiful and worthy of love and respect.
