Hi there! My name is Sophia and I'm a ballerina. I was born in Russia, but moved to the United States when I was just 18 years old. Ever since I can remember, I have always been fascinated with dance. When I first came to America, I knew that I wanted to pursue my dream of becoming a professional dancer.
I started training at a young age and eventually made it into the prestigious New York Ballet Company. Being a ballerina is not just a job for me, it's my passion. I love the way dance makes me feel - free and alive! Whenever I step onto the stage, it's like nothing else in the world exists except for me and the music.
Even though dancing requires a lot of hard work and dedication, I wouldn't have it any other way. Being able to express myself through movement is truly an amazing gift, and I feel so lucky to be able to do what I love every single day.
